Who We Are…

Living room with gray walls, a dark gray patterned sofa, a wooden coffee table with various items, a white bookshelf filled with books and decor, a brown chair with a white round pillow, a TV mounted on the wall displaying a colorful abstract pattern, a print on the wall, and a rug on the floor.

Our Story

Horizon Wellness Collective was founded by Kellsey, Meghan, and Veronica, three mental health professionals who share a passion for creating meaningful change and improving access to compassionate, responsive care. Collectively, we bring extensive experience across a range of mental health and social service settings, including community support, school systems, foster care, child welfare, Indigenous community support and provincial government.

Throughout our careers, we have witnessed firsthand the gaps that continue to exist within the mental health system and the ways individuals and families can struggle to access the support they need. These experiences inspired us to create a different kind of space—one where people feel welcomed, understood, and supported, and where their experiences are met with genuine compassion and respect.

At Horizon Wellness Collective, we believe that meaningful therapeutic relationships begin with connection. Our vision was to create a practice that feels warm, comfortable, and inviting—a place where children, youth, adults, and families can feel safe to be themselves, explore their experiences, and work toward meaningful growth.

What began as individual visions of the kind of practice we wanted to create has come together as one shared vision: a collective rooted in connection, wellness, and care.
